The hotel's rooms, especially those attended by Shelly, Karson, and Florence, along with Cinsy, Maggie, Sunny, Elaine, and Ken, were amazing. The service was very sweet and helpful, though some minor issues with timings were noted. The location was excellent for Canton Fair visitors but a bit distant from the city center. The dining experience was not up to 5-star standards. Overall, the hotel provided a nice stay with a few areas for improvement.
